- Complete 75 Hours of Approved Pre-License Education
- Pass the Course Final Exam
- Submit Fingerprints & Pass a Criminal Background Check
- Pass the Georgia Real Estate License Exam
- Find a Sponsoring Broker to Work Under
- Complete the Licensing Application
